the old school game of throwing pillows

the old school game of throwing pillows….

In today’s world throwing pillows might be considered conservative. Its absolutely not “angry birds”, “candy crush” or “grand theft auto”….But hey, its decorative, and after a say at work its also lots of fun. On top of this, if we can throw some pillows designed with the some city images it might be even more fun….

Tel Aviv throw pillows are part of the Tel Aviv memorabilia collection, have fun !

Memorial and freedom

True love is remembering and sensing freedom. Memorial days are specific dates demanding everyone to halt and refresh their memory of their loved ones and bring up to the mind some intensive pictures and visuals of those who left the world behind.

Leveraging on the memories of our precious ones, we follow our plans and dreams with faith and imagination, we strive for greatness, directing our thoughts to prosperity and independence:

Its the story of the land we walk upon, the price that those trailblazers had to pay, the independence which was unrealistic only moments ago.

Its the time to sense the freedom of thought, the independence of mind, to move forward and follow our dreams.

Serenade from the stars

Taking the time to walk slowly across the shore, you can feel the wind blows all around, making music and bringing memories from many other places. And then at nightfall, when the drama begins, as the canopy of stars is being exposed with the enchanting royal blue sky, the whole scene has a dreamy quality, like a fairy tale, outside time.

Everything is relaxed, time becomes elastic and thoughts are full of appreciation. Reflections of love are all around, when the nature presents its finest moments:

Its the moments of appreciation, that moment of wonder and inspiration, its the time to forgive.

Drink Before the War

the summer season is heading safely to its end while the drums of war are banging loud in this middle east area. And we standing in a special place, and what are you gonna do here? What are you gonna dream here?

Life here is full of energy and full of optimism, everybody’s lovin’, everyone wants to be happy  under these skies so blue.

This is not Hong Kong

Well…this is NOT Hong Kong….but this point of view reminded me some images I’ve seen of Hong Kong. As you can see, a heavy fog that advanced from the Mediterranean sea into Tel Aviv – covered the city. Low clouds and heavy fog covering the city might be a regular scene in San Francisco, but it is very unusual to have such a scene in Israel. Fog is a rare phenomena in Israel and especially in Tel Aviv, as the city resides on the Mediterranean sea.

Tel Aviv under a cloud storm

Its not New York or Hong Kong, but with this image you can get some impression of the architecture of the Tel Aviv with its few towers and skyscrapers. These low clouds surrounded the major Reading power station in Tel Aviv, and advanced to the sport arena in the middle and the city new towers in the front of this image. The heavy fog started suddenly on a Thursday afternoon, where people working in the city skyscrapers observed huge low clouds coming from the sea, probably from Cyprus and slowly advancing into the city. For some people this was a shocking scene that was seen only in movies like “the day after“. The fog stayed all night across the shoreline and refused to go anywhere. In the next three days there was no wind, so these low clouds didn’t go anywhere.

Below is a quick Tel Aviv photo collection – every image is clickable.

see you soon with more fog photos,
